Best Village Training Programme

Sponsored by the Ministry of Community Development, Culture and Gender Affairs, the TTW Best Village Trainig Programme was established to improve the quality of the folk theatre productions at the annual Prime Minister's Best Village Trophy Competition.

The initial Best Village Training Programme will focus on improving the skills and techniques of community leaders who will undergo training in the following areas:

• Playmaking with Raymond Ramcharitar
• Acting & Directing with Belinda Barnes &
  Arthur Lewis
• Choral Direction with Bernadette Roberts &
  Ian Anthony
• Movement with Sonja Dumas
